Details come from the carrier’s method of procedure (MOP) and your scope, but the skeleton is: 1. Pre-job: read the scope, the structure information and the rigging plan; hold the job hazard briefing; check weather; confirm who the competent person and the rescue lead are. 2. Site arrival: contact the NOC or site owner, confirm the sector status, set up the ground zone. 3. Baseline: photos of existing antennas, labels, azimuth and tilt; sweep or PIM the existing line if the scope asks. 4. Work one sector at a time: sector down, remove old, hoist new, mount at the specified height, azimuth and tilt, connect, label, weatherproof, ground. 5. Test: sweep (and PIM if required), RET alarms, then bring the sector back with the NOC. 6. Closeout: after photos, labels, test results, as-built notes and a clean site. Do not skip the baseline photos. They settle most disputes. — CrewRating Team.
