Employers differ, and the carrier’s scope often lists the minimums. Common ones: - OSHA 10-hour (and OSHA 30 for leads), the general safety baseline. - Authorized climber and competent climber training that follows ANSI/ASSP A10.48, and fall protection training under OSHA 1926.503. - Tower rescue training: employers often want recent, hands-on rescue practice, not just a certificate. - RF safety awareness. - CPR and first aid. - Rigging and signal person training for gin pole and hoisting work. - Commercial driving or a clean driving record, as many jobs need a company truck. Bring the original cards and keep photos on your phone. You can add certificates to your CrewRating profile and mark which are verified. — CrewRating Team.
